A truck carrying rocks swerved into the opposite lane and hit a bus and two ambulances. The crash occurred on a road in southeastern Brazil. Twenty-one people were killed, including 13 of 32 passengers on the bus. The truck driver and one of the ambulance drivers were also killed.
The accident occurred on a road near the city of Guarapari, in the state of Espirito Santo.
The bus broke in half and caught fire, burning passengers. The cause of the truck’s loss of control is unclear.
