President Donald Trump and Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden kicked off Tuesday night’s debate by answering why they think they’re right about the pending Supreme Court nomination.
Biden refused to answer if he will support filibustering or if he will pack the Supreme Court. Trump said he has the right to nominate a Supreme Court Justice as the president, and that Democrats would do the same if the situation was reversed.
