Former President Donald Trump blamed “Biden and his thugs” on Monday for President Trump’s having to deal with several court cases during the 2024 presidential election season—one for which he has already clinched enough delegates to win the Republican nomination.
Describing the many court cases against him as “election interference,” President Trump criticized current president Joe Biden’s policies, while accusing the incumbent of trying to tie him up in court and deplete his financial resources.
President Trump spoke after receiving both good and bad news from different judges in New York on Monday. A New York State Appellate Court judge stopped the potential seizure of some of President Trump’s properties on condition that he pay a significantly reduced bond within ten days, but another judge ruled that the trial in his so-called hush money case would commence in mid-April.
