In the first White House press briefing after electors cast their votes, the White House says President Trump is not conceding the election.
Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany responded after electors cast their votes on Dec. 14, where Joe Biden received 306 votes, and Trump got 232.
On the same day, GOP electors in seven states voted for Trump to keep legal challenges open.
Congress is set to meet on Jan. 6 to count the votes before it becomes official.
