The eyes of the nation are on the state of Arizona, where there is much uncertainty right now and the vote counting process is far from over. The state could still tilt either way, given that the two candidates are only separated by some 43,000 votes state-wide, and hundreds of thousands of ballots remain to be counted, mainly in its largest county, Maricopa.
A group of Trump supporters gathered outside the Maricopa County Tabulation and Election Center in downtown Phoenix Thursday afternoon, demanding that the county continue counting ballots. Some held placards that read “Count Our Votes.”
Attendees also expressed concerns over the possibility of inaccurate results from this year’s election. And a few said it was important to stay unified as a nation, no matter the party affiliation.
