The president’s team has filed a Supreme Court challenge to Pennsylvania’s election results. They argue that 2.6 million votes, the number of mail-in votes in the state, were counted in “violation of the law.”

It calls to reverse decisions the state’s Supreme Court made both before and after Election Day.

The three cases in question changed mail-in ballot laws.

In a statement, the campaign writes it “seeks relief based on the same Constitutional arguments successfully raised in Bush v. Gore.”

The lawyers argue the state’s Supreme Court decisions violated Article II of the Constitution.

Trump lawyer John Eastman says the number of votes involved is “more than enough” to affect the election outcome.

They want to allow the Pennsylvania Legislature to call up its own electors and vacate the electors that were committed to Joe Biden.
