Trump’s Defense ‘on Offense’ After Some Charges in Georgia Dismissed: Legal Analyst

A Georgia judge dismissed 6 charges Wednesday against former President Donald Trump and his co-defendants in the election case in the state. NTD spoke to John Malcolm, the vice president of The Heritage Foundation’s Institute for Constitutional Government and director of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, who said President Trump’s defense team is on the “offense.” Mr. Malcolm highlighted that the judge has yet to rule on the remaining charges, and that there are motions to dismiss them. The judge is also set to rule by the end of the week on whether District Attorney Fani Willis will be disqualified.
