Former President Donald Trump has decided to invest campaign time in New York City with a rally in the Bronx on Thursday—and perhaps with hopes of flipping the state red in November. Mike Leon, an NTD contributor, the director of policy and strategy at the Free and Equal Elections Foundation, and the host of the ‘Can We Please Talk?’ news commentary podcast, suggests the rally may be designed more to try to connect with black and Latino voters on a national scale rather than to actually flip the state.
