Former President Donald Trump has appealed to the Supreme Court to get immunity in his Jan. 6 case. NTD spoke to Paul Kamenar, the lead counsel at the National Legal and Policy Center, who says President Trump’s appeal may lead to the trial being pushed back past the presidential election in November.
