Tunnel Construction Begins for Anderson Dam in California

Construction crews are building a huge tunnel in the largest of 10 reservoirs in Santa Clara County. Representatives say the project will strengthen and rebuild the dam’s construction, minimizing risk to the county’s population in case of earthquakes and overflow. NTD was on site to dig up the story.
