A morning break stampede at a Chinese primary school killed two children and injured 21 on Wednesday (March 22), according to Chinese state media.
Students of the Number Three Experimental Primary School in Puyang County, Henan Province rushed to the toilet during their morning break. Panic broke out after the outside wall of the overcrowded bathroom collapsed.
The incident happened at around 8.30 a.m. local time (0030 GMT). The injured, some in serious condition, were taken to hospital.
