Two children in Nairobi were rescued from under a collapsed building on June 13.
The Kenya Red Cross said the children were rushed to the hospital. They were found 24 hours after the seven-story building came down.
Tenants of the building had noticed cracks a week earlier. The building owners plastered over them with cement.
When cracks re-emerged, officials asked residents to evacuate. At least 128 tenants left, saving them being trapped under debris.
