UK Foreign Secretary Pledges to Fight ‘Malign’ Forces

Foreign Secretary Liz Truss says the UK will be tough on countries that don’t play by the rules. Speaking at the Conservative Party Conference on Sunday, she said she’s planning new security pacts to strengthen the free world against “malign actors.”
