UK: Higher Targets For Students in English, Maths

Education Secretary Nadhim Zahawi has set out his vision for schools over the next decade. The long-awaited schools white paper details higher targets and minimum weekly teaching hours. The government announced students who are at risk of falling behind will get targeted support with five billion pounds to be invested into additional tutoring in England.
