UK Lawmakers: Fine Airlines Over Delayed Flight Refunds

Lawmakers are recommending that the U.K.’s aviation watchdog should have stronger powers to protect passengers hit by travel disruptions. They say that the Civil Aviation Authority should be able to fine airlines that do not completely refund customers when required to do so by law.
