British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced an increase in military spending, the largest since the end of the cold war. He announced an extra $22 billion for the military over the next four years.

Johnson says that “the International situation is intensely competitive than any time since the cold war.”

Johnson says the UK defense spending would be more than any other European country or NATO allies except the United States.
