UK Prime Minister Theresa May spoke at the G7 meeting.
She spoke to world leaders about pressing global issues. She also addressed the recent terrorist attack in Manchester.
May put the Manchester attacks in light of a global effort to stop attacks like these.
“The investigation into what happened in Manchester is ongoing, but the suicide bomber’s links to Libya undoubtedly shine a spotlight on this largely ungoverned space on the edge of Europe. So we must redouble our support for a U.N.-led effort that brings all the parties to the negotiating table and reduce the threat of terror from that region.”
The meetings are taking place in Sicily, with President Trump and other world leaders in attendance.
