U.K. voters are picking a new leader in a time of uproar.

Prime Minister Theresa May called for this election to gain a stronger mandate to deal with Brexit.

Instead, the election will be about terrorism. The U.K. has been rocked by three attacks in three months.

Voters have almost forgotten Brexit. But it is the terms of Brexit that will define the U.K.’s future.

May is expected to win. Her calm manner of dealing with terrorism is serving her well.

However, she might not win with enough votes to control Brexit negotiations. The one negotiating tool she could use would be to pull out of talks altogether.

A lot of U.K. voters believe she would be that stubborn.
