Human rights group Amnesty International has accused Ukraine of endangering civilians by basing troops in schools, residential buildings, and other populated places during Russia’s invasion. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy denounced the allegations, accusing the group of abetting what he called Russia’s unprovoked attacks.
