Ukraine Says Its Military Hit Russian Flagship

Ukraine said its missiles hit the flagship of Russia’s Black Sea fleet on Wednesday. Moscow said the warship was badly damaged and would be towed back to port. Observers say the loss or disabling of the ship would be a significant setback for Russia’s campaign. And the leaders of four EU countries on a visit to Kyiv called for Russia to be held accountable for its troops’ actions in Ukraine.
