Ultramarathon Victims’ Families Reject Compensation

After the deadly ultramarathon race in China, some victims’ families are refusing authorities’ compensation proposals.

Beijing remained silent for the first two days after the tragedy and only responded following the public outcry. They asked provincial authorities to thoroughly investigate the incident.
