Unclear If Taxpayers Will Pay for Biden’s Student Debt Forgiveness Plan

As of Aug. 30, the Biden administration has left how it’s going to pay for its student loan forgiveness plan rather ambiguous. The White House says it will simply use money that comes into the Treasury from deficit reduction. Some experts say this means costs will ultimately just be carried by taxpayers.
