President Joe Biden announced his student debt relief plan on Wednesday. It will give $10,000 of loan forgiveness to millions of Americans, and another $10,000 for those deemed to have a greater financial need. It also includes new measures that will lower the burden of repaying any remaining debt. But not everyone is eligible.
