The University of Pennsylvania has lost a $100 million dollar donation. That’s after the donor responded to statements made by U-Penn president Liz Magill at Tuesday’s House committee anti-Semitism hearing. Lawyers for the donor said the school had violated the terms of their agreement, including policies dealing with anti-discrimination and anti-harassment. Other Ivy League universities, including Harvard, are facing backlash too.

NTD spoke with Gerard Filitti, senior counsel at The Lawfare Project for more about the pressure now being placed on these schools.
