Parcel delivery firm UPS and the Teamsters Union on Wednesday accused each other of walking away from the negotiations, with each side blaming the other for walking away from talks. This is delaying contract talks that cover roughly 340,000 U.S. drivers, package handlers, and loaders at UPS.
