US and NATO Allies Awaken to the China Threat

Seventy years since NATO first began, member-states are considering how to tackle the China-challenge.

Soon after US Acting Secretary of Defense Mark Esper took office last week, he joined a conference with defense chiefs from NATO allies, in Brussels. They discussed the threats coming from China, including China’s attempts to gain dominance in 5G networks.
