Chinese authorities raided the office of a U.S. firm in Beijing, detaining five of its local staff.
U.S. corporate due diligence firm Mintz Group reported the incident late Thursday and since closed its Beijing office. The company also confirmed it had not received advanced notice or any legal notice of a case against it.
