Chinese tech giant Huawei released a new phone recently. What’s special about it, however, is that it’s powered by an advanced chip—despite U.S. sanctions blocking exports of hi-tech chips to China. The United States is now investigating the Chinese breakthrough—how did the communist regime achieve this technological advance?
