More bargain-based stores are set to close down. The California-based 99 Cents Only Stores said Friday it will close all 371 of its outlets. This will end the chain’s 42 years of selling an assortment of affordable items. For analysis, NTD spoke with Jeffrey Tucker, a senior economic columnist with The Epoch Times.
