Vice President Mike Pence arrives in Australia

U.S Vice President Mike Pence arrived in Australia April 21 for the last stop on a ten-day Asia tour which included South Korea, Japan, and Indonesia.

His main mission was to reassure Asian allies that Washington was committed to strong economic ties.

The Trump administration cancelled the TPP, the twelve-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership trade agreement.

Pence will meet Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull on Saturday, April 22.
