Vice President Mike Pence addressed the Faith and Freedom Coalition on June 10.
Among other topics, the vice president spoke of the increased military budget. “We are going to rebuild our military,” he pledged.
He also explained that the United States has so far been successful in its fight against ISIS.
“Our armed forces are in the fight. They are taking the fight to terrorists on our terms on their soil and ISIS is on the run,” said Pence.
“And under this commander in chief we will hunt down and destroy ISIS at its source, so it can no longer threaten our people, our allies or our very way of life. As the president said: this bloodshed must end, this bloodshed will end,” he said.
