Footage shows a driver nearly hitting a cyclist before swerving into a yard in Henrico County, Virginia, on Sunday.

WTVR reported that Jan Waldron said the video, which was captured via a camera mounted beneath the seat of the bicycle, showed the driver of a dark blue car passing another car in an illegal manner. The driver passed the other vehicle by driving in a no passing zone.

The driver then came upon the cyclist before swerving into a person’s yard.

The driver regained control and got back onto the road.

Police in Henrico County noted that the incident wasn’t reported to them.
