In a society driven by the desire for eternal youth, old age is associated with exclusion, loneliness, lack of passion all while not being able to enjoy your hobbies anymore. We tend to imagine old age as living in a nursing home and having an uninteresting life. But is that truly the case? It certainly doesn’t have to be! Be amazed at this 80 year old woman living it up:
She clearly shows us that age is just a number! 🙂 At the end of the video she says in spanish: “Todos somos jóvenes”, which means “We are all young”. What a beautiful message.
