Teachers are making big money selling lesson plans online. They are putting lesson plans for sale online that can then be purchased and downloaded for use by other teachers, saving educators precious time.
Some of the teachers have made millions supplying other educators with content since the Teachers Pay Teachers website launched 10 years ago.
Hadar Hartstein made a million dollars selling lesson plans online, allowing her to retire and stay at home with her baby.
“You can’t go into it thinking you’re going to make a million dollars. But if you are already creating resources and you have things that work really well in your classroom and your students are really benefiting, then why not post it and see if someone else, another teacher, another student would benefit from it,” she said.
