West Coast to Ban King Salmon Fishing

King salmon fishing is expected to be banned this season along the West Coast because biologists say the Chinook salmon population has declined dramatically. A ban would hit not only the fishing industry, but also the hospitality and retail businesses centered on salmon sport fishing.
