In this video, join Fel as she continues exploring acne through an internal lens. She’ll be sharing a day-in-the-life as she goes about exploring products and methods on how Eastern medicine views inflammation, acne caused by hormonal imbalances, PMS symptoms, and her menstrual cycle. You’ll be surprised to see how everything is connected.

And in case you’re wondering, here’s a brief explanation about acupuncture:

To put it simply, acupuncture is an ancient Chinese medicine practice that involves inserting ultra-thin needles into certain zones or pressure points on the body. This process is said to help stimulate and increase blood and lymph fluid circulation to relieve and promote physical and emotional well-being. Of course, like skincare, everyone’s body is different and may react to the treatments differently. But we think it’s an interesting approach to try out! And don’t worry—the needles may seem intimidating, but as Fel says, they don’t hurt!
