White House Moves to Secure US Tech Leadership

The Trump administration is taking steps to preserve American leadership in science and technology. It says it won’t turn a blind eye to technology theft and forced technology transfer by countries like China and Russia. The new plan is called The National Strategy for Critical and Emerging Technologies.
