As President Joe Biden is ramping up his 2024 campaign, the White House on Monday sent out an end-of-year memo touting his achievements in 2023, in particular on the economy.

It writes that President Biden’s “fought to grow our economy … and delivered the strongest recovery in the developed world,” and accuses Republicans of trying to block the administration’s efforts in lowering costs.

But these arguments might not be gaining much traction with voters.

A new poll released Monday by Monmouth University shows that President Biden’s approval rating had dropped to 34 percent, an all-time-low over his three years of presidency.
