Why Minority Pupils Outperform White Peers

An equalities chief says factors such as family, religious upbringing, and discipline are leading students from ethnic groups to outperform white working-class students. He says he does not agree that ethnic minority pupils are likely to feel isolated at Oxford or Cambridge.
