The wife of Li Ming-che, a Taiwanese national currently detained in China, was stopped from entering the mainland on April 10.
Li Ching-yu, wife of a pro-democracy activist and former DPP staff, was seeking to visit her husband. Li Ming-che disappeared on March 19—more than three weeks now.
Airline staff told her that Beijing authorities had revoked her mainland travel permit, so she was unable to board the plane.
