A controversial California law allowing men who identify as women to be housed in women’s prisons took center stage at a recent hearing. A trans-identified man stands accused of two counts of rape and one count of witness intimidation at a women’s facility. NTD spoke with the Women’s Liberation Front and the group Women 2 Women who gathered at the courthouse before the hearing to protest the law that allowed the man into the women’s facility.
