In the latest development in affirmative action, a number of state attorneys general are warning America’s largest corporations that they can’t use race in hiring and firing decisions. Since the Supreme Court’s recent decision, they say it’s now illegal. NTD spoke with the CEO and founder of job board and talent connector RedBalloon, Andrew Crapuchettes, for his analysis.
