While Chinese state media shows a celebration for Wuhan’s borders reopening after 2 months of lockdown, some areas are still restricted.
A netizen posted a video saying; On April 8, the Hanhua community in Wuhan was sealed shut again, and people were not allowed to leave. There are new suspected cases of infection.
The cameraman says in a Wuhan dialect, “People can only enter but not exit. This notice came from the authorities.”
