4 People Frozen Dead at US-Canada Border

Canadian authorities on Wednesday found the bodies of four people—including a baby and a teenager—near the border with North Dakota and Minnesota. It appears they froze to death while trying to cross into the U.S. on foot—in the middle of a blizzard.
