A federal judge just ruled Wednesday for the second time that the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program is illegal. DACA allows illegal immigrants brought to the United States as children to be protected from deportation.
This ruling would not affect current DACA applicants, but would affect future DACA applicants from being accepted. To dive into this, NTD spoke to retired Sup. Special Agent with ICE Victor Avila.
