House Republicans hold a razor-thin majority heading into November 2024. So what exactly is at stake in the 2024 election, and what are voters most concerned about?

Terry Schilling, the president of the American Principles Project, told NTD about a key issue in competitive House races in districts President Joe Biden won that could prove decisive in shifting the balance of power.

“The worst thing that can happen right now is to go into November with a divided and fractured party that’s attacking and infighting, because that’s never what happens on the Democratic side of the aisle,” he said.

“In those races where Biden won, you’re going to see whether or not this is a referendum: Can Republican candidates in those districts show that Joe Biden has done harm to the economy and remind people of how good things were under President Trump?” he asked.
