EU Agrees on Russia Oil Ban ‘In Principle’

European Union leaders have agreed in principle to cut 90 percent of oil imports from Russia by the end of this year. that’s according to European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen. The agreement allows a sixth sanctions package against Russia to move forward.
