Indonesia is approving a new criminal code that features a special provision — to ban communist and Marxist-Leninist propaganda. Experts are calling it part of a global trend which is to reject the Chinese communist regime.
The provision passed on December 6 stipulates that those found to spread communism and Marxism-Leninism can face jail terms from 4 to 15 years.
