This international hair freezing contest will definitely give you goosebumps

If you thought it was cold here, spare a thought for the participants of the International Hair Freezing contest. Brave participants had to hop in the hot spring and dip their hair in the water with air temperatures of -20C (4°F) to create their frozen locks and this bunch were crowned the winners.

Competitors at the Takhini Hot Springs in Whitehorse, Yukon, northern Canada, bathe in hot springs at 42°C (108°F) temperature water and the sub zero temperatures in the air create this stunning effect.

Fanny Caritte, Milena Georgeault and Maxime Goyou Beauchamps, from Quebec, were announced the winners. Don’t try this at home.
