An elderly lady was injured at a ULEZ protest and is now in crutches after she was caught in a collision with a car. The alleged drivers were a security team guarding a mobile ULEZ camera van. Locals in the greater London outskirts regularly challenge the camera vans, but this time, the encounter was too close.
